A master at photography and a budding cinematographer, Jess has shot just about everything there is at least once. With over 20 years experience in the photo industry, Jess has taken the services she can offer to the next level providing top level photography with highly advanced lighting and full shoot production services including concept development, studio set design, crew and model casting. With her carefully selected team, they provide everything to take your marketing project from start to finish. After graduating in top 10% of her class with a BFA in advertising photography from Rochester Institute of Technology, Jess continued her career in NYC providing photography for the fashion and accessories industry, specializing in e-commerce. Today she runs J. Tyner Studio Group's headquarters from her home town in North Carolina servicing clients from Vermont to NYC to Florida and Mexico. Robert Ryan: First Assistant and Digital Tech
Truly a master of all things photo and tech, Robert is adept at logistics, artistic vision, and technology. He started his professional photography career working as a photojournalist for the St. Petersburg Times and New York Post and currently works in fashion, advertising, travel, architecture, food and portraiture. Robert helps bring dreams into vivid reality and is always at the forefront of the digital workflow. He was named the Master Digital Printmaker for Thunderbird Editions, working with the likes of Herb Snitzer of Life Magazine and Marty Balin of Jefferson Airplane. In college he studied music and art history, toured with bands as a keyboard player and still enjoys editing audio in his recording studio. Robert works with large crews creating all manner of digital commercial productions and is equally as proficient behind the camera as behind the capture station or in post-production for stills and print. His passion for photography and music is only equaled by his commitment to professionalism in production.

Ashley Wynn is a fashion industry professional with almost 10 years of very well-rounded experience as a fashion model, brand partner, spokesmodel and production assistant that specializes in styling and makeup artistry. She thrives in a space where she can put her positive work ethic and engaging personality to the utmost use while being a reliable, self-starter that enjoys being part of a collective effort and team. Being hospitable and attentive in order to ensure each client leaves with a lasting positive impression is her personal, professional standard. Also committed to education and a fulfilling lifestyle, she has a Masters in Museum Studies and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard as well as a Bachelors in Journalism from Florida International University in Miami. She is fluent in English, Spanish and German and is currently learning Swedish. When not spending time with her family, friends and pets, her hobbies include ballet, guitar, making content for her YouTube channel, and taking coding courses.

With extensive TV, in-studio and on location experience, each and every opportunity has added to her unique perspective and understanding of what each client wants and needs to have a successful campaign or just feel good about themselves.
